What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

For orders within major cities, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. For other regions, please allow 3-7 business days for your Labelle package to arrive.

Are your hair tools covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Labelle professional hair tools come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering any technical defects to ensure your peace of mind.

What is your return policy?

Due to health and hygiene standards, products can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days if they are in their original sealed packaging and have not been used.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email containing a tracking link from our logistics partner to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Do you offer international shipping?
